Mount McKinley, other Alaska Range peaks and Aleutian Range volcanoes are visible on a clear day, beluga whales surface occasionally, and guests can watch some of the world's most extreme tides roll in and out of Knik Arm. Aurora borealis displays are possible, though rare during Alaska's bright summers.
