Established in 2008, Garden District Caf charms both local Guntersville residents and guest from out of town with delicious gourmet food served in a fun cafe setting. The Gaden District Caf and Catering is a company with more than 5 years of experience in the arenas of social and corporate catering. Garden District Cafe will incorporate design, menu preparation and presentation, decor and clean up as our kitchen and service professionals are dedicated to excellence and ensuring that your event is executed flawlessly. Garden District is open for business 10am to 3pm Monday - Friday and closed on Saturday and Sundays. Whatever your craving, a light lunch or a delicate dessert, we are here to serve you. I am Amanda Porter Jones, owner of Garden District Caf and Catering. I was introduced to the world of weddings and catering at 11 years ago while working for my aunts Bridal Boutique and Catering Service. This valuable opportunity allowed me to gain an extensive array of knowledge specific to the wedding industry. Five years later after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Jacksonville State University, I founded Affairs with Flare, a full service wedding and event company while also working as Court Referral Officer. My career in the world of Criminal Justice was flourishing as was my wedding business which brought me to a crossroads. Fully trusting God on a wing a prayer I gave up my professional career as a Social Worker and opened Garden District. I am now living my dream and doing the work I love with great food and great company. I absolutely love weddings, brides and everything in between. I am a firm believer in having a good time, and you will too as our customer. Attitude is everything with myself and my staff, we have a great time while providing you with the highest quality product. Garden District has been featured in The Knot 2010 and also on MTV True Life. Garden District is open for business 10am to 3pm Monday - Friday and 11am to 2pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
