Albert has been serving up mouth-watering BBQ for almost 40 years, and putting smiles on the faces of Huntsville barbeque lovers. As a child, Albert watched as his father and grandfather cooked up lip-smacking barbeque in an open pit. After being taught the family BBQ sauce and rub recipes passed down from his grandfather to his parents, Albert continued the tradition of Down-South cooking. His youthful dreams of opening his own restaurant were fulfilled over seven years ago, and Albert continues his mission of offering up the world's best barbeque. Only all-natural juicy meat, smoked to perfection and served up the way you want. In the mood for something other than a tasty rack of ribs? Albert's BBQ serves a variety of sandwiches, including beef, pork, chicken, turkey and rib. Want more?
