he Tagliani Family welcomes you to our "Cucina". In Italian, "Cucina" means "kitchen". If your house is like ours, when family and friends get together, the kitchen is the place everyone wants to be! We actually COOK from scratch; a fading tradition in this age of flash freezing, institutionally prepared and shipped foods. We make every Sauce, Soup, Dressing, Stock and Dessert fresh every morning. Every meatball is rolled by hand and every loaf of bread lovingly brushed with olive oil. (I asked for indulgence) We have let you "Build Your Own" Pasta Bowl since 1993, long before Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill got the idea. Hmm, from where I wonder? "You can tell by the smell!" Nana Tagliani used to say. We think that you'll know by the taste.
