Etgar Wagner, owner, came to the United States in 1999 and settled in Phoenix, Arizona. He married Misti in 2000 and worked as a PE Teacher and Soccer Coach over the years, but has always had a dream of opening his own restaurant. They relocated to Chandler when they bought their home in 2004. He mentored in the restaurant business for about year before making the jump into business ownership.
