Saddle Bronc Grill is one of several restaurants to open lately in the Valley suburb. Another, El Encanto de la Fuente, is in the same shopping center. A southwestern flair is evident in Saddle Bronc Grill's menu of meats and burgers. Campfire-style side dishes include a poblano pepper stuffed with potato, garlic and green chile, as well as baked beans and coleslaw. Following in the footsteps of former owners, Sheryl and the restaurant's posse plan to offer some type of late-night entertainment (no big bands). The restaurant will rarely close past midnight, though hours are permitted until 2 a.m. A party bash in planned for New Year's Eve, she said. "We're going to cater it more to the needs of Fountain Hills," said Sheryl. "I'm committed to making this work."
