The Snyder family came to the valley in 1988, with the vision of bringing a piece of the Big Apple with them. Six short months later Scott’s Generations was born. Since June of 1989 Gene and Scott Snyder (father and son) have been serving the valley authentic New York, kosher style deli cuisine. From homemade soups, salads, knishes, meats, and cheesecake to east coast smoked fish specialties flown in weekly. Along with serving Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner daily full service catering is also available, for any and all occasions. Large or Small. Recently Scott’s Generations has expanded to 160 seats with a full service patio. We can now accommodate larger parties of our loyal clients much more efficiently. We would like to thank all of our patrons for their continued support and becoming a part of our extended family!! We look forward to serving the valley for many generations to come, and remember.....
