Down By The River B and B is located abutting the San Pedro River in Saint David, AZ on the northern end of the San Pedro National Riparian Area. The B and B has 4 theme rooms and is operated all year round. The B and B strategically located in Cochise County between Tombstone, where the shoot out at the OK Corral took place, and Benson, Home to Kartchner Caverns. We are also convenient to the the Southeastern Arizona Wine Country. There are many ghost towns, hiking areas, National Monuments and even movie set locations. Bird watching is one of the activities that attract many people to the area, since the San Pedro Riparian area has 400 migratory birds use the river as a water source during their flight. The B and B is well known for the great breakfasts that are featured every morning.
