Jaspers Peak Bistro is located in North Scottsdale just one mile north of the 101 on the corner of Hayden Rd and Thompson Peak Pkwy. We are an owner operated, upscale casual eatery with an intimate atmosphere, a spacious patio and offer a full bar. Although we specialize in authentic Louisiana Cuisine and are best known for such dishes as Jambalaya, Blackened Prime Rib, the Cajun Char Burger, Voodoo Chicken as well as our homemade gumbo and Chili Orleans. We also feature several non spicy dishes,such as grilled salmon, vegetarian pasta, and the bacon wrapped meatloaf to name a few. We have wonderful refreshing salads.
