Since Pepin was established in 1992, Pepin has been serving authentic Spanish cuisine with live Flamenco entertainment and Salsa dancing. Open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, Pepin offers Tapas -- the perfect food for sharing. Try cold Tapas of Salmon Asturiano, Asturian-style cured salmon, capers and onions or Pimientos Con Queso De Cabra, wood-roasted peppers and goat cheese served on herbed toasts. Warm Tapas of Gambas Con Panceta, shrimp wrapped in pancetta served with aioli or Empanada Gallega, Galician dough baked with a savory filling of tender meat, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Enjoy live Flamenco dancing on Friday and Saturday nights as well as Salsa dancing every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
