Chef Takao Minatoya, co-owner of 1 in Berkeley, opened Angel Fish in 1998. A "Japanese tapas" bar, Angel Fish specializes in small plates of sushi and appetizers that accompany its extensive sake menu. The restaurant does offers multi-course meals as well, as well as an impressive list of Japanese beers, shochu and wines. Happy hour specials (Daily, 5pm - 6pm) are available.
