Our nutrition specialist and owner, Janine Rotter, and executive chef, Chad Byrne have created a harmonic menu that strikes the perfect balance...one that inspires healthful living, while pleasing the palate. Each dish is artfully presented and mindful of smoke points to ensure nutritional value and savory flavors. We also have a full bar serving organic spirits and made-to-order cocktails using fresh organic crushed fruit.
