In 2012, Local 123 coffee shop set up a refurbished 1969 Airstream trailer at 1, where it offers Four Barrel coffee and espresso, along with pastries from Starter Bakery and Pepple's vegan donuts, and house favorites from the 1 and storefront in Berkeley. Whole beans and limited brewing equipment are available as well.
The nursery is closed Tuesdays, but the coffee trailer is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day.
