In 1959, Fidel Castro and his Cuban Revolutionaries took Cuba by storm and forever changed the Cuban political landscape.n 2001, Cuban Bistro opened its doors in Alhambra, California, and invited its guests to partake in this same experience. Convinced that there is more to the Cuban dining experience than the stereotypical cafeteria-style dining that was available, the owners provided their guests with a white linen/semi-fine dining restaurant with fast-casual dining prices. At Cuban Bistro, we believe that there is more to Cuban food than roasted pork and garlic chicken served with white rice, black beans and sweet plantains! While guests can savor traditional such as our tender half-chicken marinated in garlic mojo or our succulent roasted pork, guests looking for a unique play on traditional flavors will delight in our menu. Cuban Bistro’s extensive menu allows guests the opportunity to choose from several appetizers, flavorful soups, well-dressed dinner salads, and hearty chicken, pork, beef, lamb, and seafood entrees. Our homemade desserts will please those with a sweet tooth.
