Midnight March 8th following the sale of the restaurant, staff was left with no supplies for the next days guests. The cooks and staff demonstrated true teamwork and perseverance as they banded together to acquire the necessary goods to ensure the restaurant did not close. Guests who dined at Lunasia on March 9th were unaware of the seamless transition and effort to serve them their delicious meals and that is exactly what management wanted.Located at 500 W.
