This small cafe up high on Lake Drive is a nice little breakfast and lunch spot that serves American cuisine favorites like omelettes and sandwiches. Most breakfast dishes also come with zucchini bread on the side.
The owner named the cafe after her mother, who taught her how to cook. The restaraunt also served dinner on weekends over the summer of 2010 and dinner service is scheduled to return in the summer of 2011.
Amy's is the closest breakfast joint to the Cobb Estate hiking trails, and other recreational opportunities at the top of Lake Avenue.
