Hibachi San is a Japanese fast-food restaurant started in 1973 by Master Chef Ming-Tsai Cherng and his son, Andrew. It serves a variety of chicken, beef, vegetable and shrimp bowls or plates. It is located in the food court at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall.
