O Chame is an East-West fusion restaurant at which chef and owner David Vardy has created subtle dishes blending cuisine ideas of the Eastern and Western worlds. Dishes such as roasted Atlantic salmon with Napa cabbage, enoki mushroom and red endive salad and soba noodles with roasted pork tenderloin are examples from his dinner menu. The interior of the restaurant is quiet and soothing, with a large communal table in the middle of the dining room. Outdoors in a small courtyard overlooking bustling 4th Street there are a few tables where diners can enjoy lunch on a sunny day.
