In addition, we serve many other traditional Brazilian bowls, sandwiches, and salads. Our Brazilian rice bowl is a huge bowl of rice, onions, cilantro garlic sauce, ricotta, and your choice of meat. Our salad plates are loaded with chicken, teriyaki, or tuna, on a bed of crispy veggies and pineapple. You can get hot or cold sandwiches, too. Experience our crispy chicken Bossa Nova sandwich with hearts of palm; the Carnaval, which is a vegetarian sandwich with ricotta, grilled onions, and pineapple; or our Copacabana sandwich, which is fresh tuna salad with onions and baby dill.
