Though it may be true that there aren't many places to eat around Bayshore Highway, Bullshead is a favorite spot among lunch-time groups.

Tucked away in the back of the an office building, this luncheonette offers a comfortable place to eat, out of the way from the bustling avenues, with an option to enjoy the sunshine at one of the outside tables. The other great attribute is that it has a reasonably-priced menu of home-style food. The Buffalo Burger is a customer favorite.

There are two locations in the Bay Area, both owned by Tom Sim. This location is primarily a burger joint, serving breakfast and lunch, and the other location, in San Francisco, is a steakhouse, serving lunch and dinner. He established his business in 1979 and has been at this location on Mitten Road since 2007.
