Chef Ko is not only able to please the appetites of vegetarians but also makes wonderful specials for meat-lovers. One specialty of Chef Ko’s is Red Wine Sauteed Steak. This delectable dish is made of a prime-grade steak which is marinated in red wine and later sauteed in high heat for the perfect texture.
