Hot Dog on a Stick offers a carnival menu of corn dogs, hot dogs, fries, funnel cakes and lemonade. The iconic uniforms of red, white, blue and ‘splash of lemonade’ have been a company trademark since 1989. After owner Dave Barham’s passing in 1991, he left the company to his employees. Those dedicated employees still carry on his traditions today. The store is in the Carlsbad Premium Outlet Center just as you enter the south walkway next to Rubios.
