The Cocoa Bakery is located in the old historic district of Claremont known as The Village. The family-owned business opened its first store in nearby La Puente. Its new soon-to-open locale will feature all of the favorites found at the flagship bakery such as cakes, cookies, pastries and wedding and special occasion cakes. The owner has worked in some of the top restaurants and hotels such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach and the St. Regis Resort in Dana Point. The owner also teaches baking and cake decorating classes and is currently a Culinary Arts Instructor at the Glendale Community College.
