This location of Eureka!Burger, the Inland Empire small chain of gourmet burgers, is scheduled to open in December 2010. It is in the historic Packing House, a former warehouse that has been converted into shops, restaurants and art galleries. The menu centers around the handmade, fresh-ground USDA Black Angus beef burgers, all served with fresh organic side dishes such as hand-cut potato fries, fresh baked buns and a selection of favorite gourmet salads and side dishes. Be sure to try the mac 'n' cheese. It also serves craft beers and has a small list of wines that go well with burgers.
