The Euro Café looks like any other cozy coffee shop and bakery, but is in fact a very special spot. It is one of the only Portuguese restaurants and bakeries in the Los Angeles area. It opens early and offers breakfast and pastry treats like croissants, tarts, muffins and Portuguese treat Chourico Medeiros (sausage-stuffed pastries, perfect with a strong cup of coffee). The Café makes these with different sausages from Portugal such as Melo, Goulart and blood sausages from Alheiras Baltazar. Coconut and fruit pastries are also popular, and made with mango, coconut and passion fruit. It also offers Paninis, salads, soups and pastas.
