Mongolian Bar-B-Q has been serving inexpensive but authentic Chinese cuisine in Claremont since 1994.  Some of its 45 tables have built-in grills where diners may order platters of sliced beef and vegetables and grill their own dinners, but the restauarant also serves a more traditional Chinese menu of wok-sautéed beef, chicken, seafood and pork dishes. Mongolian Bar-B-Q also delivers and will cater events.
