Located at the corner of the De Anza Professional Center, Rio Adobe opened its doors in 2004.  It celebrates life and food with its traditional Mexican burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas and tacos made with a Spanish and Native American twist.  Portions are generous and prices are kept low. Ingredients are always quality and fresh. Everything is prepared in-house and lard, trans-fats, MSG or preservatives are never used.  Gift cards are available.
