This café was awarded the "Best of 2001" by OC Weekly for outstanding breakfasts in Dana Point. Customers feel like they have been transported to a Paris café with the airy décor of the outside patio and the smell of freshly cooked egg dishes. The lunch sandwiches, which are prepared on a ten-inch baguette, are local favorites, including Le Royal (artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, sweet red peppers, avocado, Swiss cheese, homemade vinaigrette) and Le Croque Monsieur (smoked ham, melted Swiss cheese, white Béchamel sauce).
