Carlos Mexican Restaurant has one of the nicest patios for dining in the Dana Point area, and the fire pit is an added bonus. The Mexican-American food served here is hot and the beers are cold, so who could ask for more on a summer day? Carlos is also known for its excellent margaritas. This is a good place to relax after a long day on the surf, but the parking lot is small, so get there early.
