Ichibiri is located in the Monarch Bay Plaza, near the corner of Seven Seas Drive. This restaurant started small but has grown in size and following. Through word-of-mouth,  Ichibiri has carved out a solid niche in the Dana Point area. Restaurant specialties include Teppanyaki-style cooking as well as sushi. The dining room is hip and energetic, and the chefs behind the bar turn out creative displays of sushi. Ichibiri has great service along with a casual, laid-back atmosphere.
