This local installation of the Carrows chain of restaurants is a mecca for the upwardly mobile and the senior citizens of El Cerrito. The restaurant is roomy and clean. The staff are friendly. There are a number of great deals on food here, from $3.99 breakfast plates to the mile-high sandwich clubs.
