Happy Garden is an independently-owned Chinese restaurant located near the old Del Norte Plaza off of Potrero. It is a tiny eatery, tucked in between Lucky's Joint Barber Shop and Sass N Class School of Beauty. The white board boasts of specials such as the salt and pepper prawns.
