Sun's Cuisine opened in November 2010 in the spot where Jac's Bistro used to be. This family-owned restaurant specializes in Cantonese dishes, including congee, Chinese donuts, rice plates, noodle soups and plates, and Cantonese-style meats. The menu also includes Ma Po Tofu, Beef with Snow Peas, and Cashew Shrimp or Chicken. Chef Sun is originally from Hong Kong and learned Cantonese cooking in New York City’s Chinatown.
