Siam Lotus restaurant has offered an extensive menu of authentic Thai cuisine since 1990. All dishes served in this restuarant are prepared by Thai chefs and are cooked with natural and traditional herbs and spices. Menu items include dishes such as Goong-Kra-Bork (prawns with ground chicken wrapped with egg roll skins, then deep fried), Gang-Ped-Yang (roasted duck with red curry sauce, tomatoes, fresh basil and pineapple in coconut milk) and Pad-ma-kur (sautéed eggplant with chopped chili, garlic, onions and fresh basil). Siam Lotus also serves an interesting selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages, as well as desserts such as coconut ice cream and fried bananas with honey.
