Guerneville is a small town nestled in a beautiful scenic valley surrounded by majestic redwood trees along the peaceful Russian River where you can swim, fish and canoe. We are in the heart of the wine country, Korbel Champagne Cellars with its beautiful flower gardens and wine tasting is nearby. Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve is a mile out of town, where you can bike, camp, stroll, hike or horseback ride through the cool redwood forest. There are many private and public camp grounds in or near town. DeLise, I have grown-up here, played little league, attended Guerneville School, Monte Rio School and El Molino High School where I graduated in 1990. I earned a degree in Business Administration through attendance at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sierra College before receiving a baseball scholarship to finish my education at the University of California, at Fresno. I worked every summer until I returned for good in 1995 to work at my family's store, Midway Deli. It is where for five years we created and perfected our delicious pizza before moving out of the floodway to downtown. Main Street Station opened in June 1996.
