With homemade pasta, sauces, dressings and desserts, Fritto Misto does it all from scratch. Popular dishes include the artichoke stuffed gnocchi with shrimp, or the pasta New Orleans with chicken, shrimp and bell peppers in a Cajun cream sauce. There's a fresh fish to choose from daily and you can BYOB ($2 cork charge per person). There's also a kid's menu and early weekend hours for breakfast. With the warmth and coziness of a cafe, Fritto Misto can fill up fast. Reservations are recommended for parties of six or more. The Hermosa Beach location is the chain's second restaurant, opened in 2001.
