The Bird Rock Yogurt Company is family-owned and operated. It offers up a substantial menu of sweet goodies, including smoothies, frozen yogurt, gelato, acai smoothies, shakes, fresh fruits and candy toppings.  Frozen yogurt flavors are changed weekly, as well as sorbet flavors for those who prefer a dairy-free dessert. The outdoor seating area features tables in the shade overlooking a well manicured courtyard. While you're there, expect to feel like you are being served by family. The owner is on a first-name basis with most of her customers and is happy to offer recommendations to suit your particular taste. Be sure to try the "meal in a cup", which includes granola, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter and frozen yogurt.
