Swami's Cafe is a restaurant and cafe located in the heart of downtown La Mesa. Its menu features fresh whole foods, a full breakfast selection that includes waffles, omelettes and breakfast burritos, fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies, sandwiches, soups and salads. Most of its menu items can be converted for vegetarians and vegans with meat substitutes like mock turkey and tofu or veggies. A family-run business, Swami's Cafe has been open since July 2010.
