The Corner Butcher Shop offers not only raw meats, but slow-cooked foods and wine. Duck, venison, lamb, buffalo, alligator, goose, elk, ostrich, grass-fed beef, pheasant, chicken, pork and all kinds of sausage make up the store's meat selection, not including cooked foods. The meats sold are all natural and have never had antibiotics, growth hormones or steroids injected into them; the animals' diet consisted of vegetarian feed only, and they were always raised and handled humanely, according to the shop.
