Laguna Surf Resort has 25 timeshare units located on the side of the bluff and just a short walk down the public access stairs to the beach. Every unit has a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, gas barbecue and sleeps up to four people. Each condominium has two televisions, a DVD player, two bathrooms and wireless access to the Internet. The timeshare has two booking seasons: Surf Season, June through Sept., and Laguna Season, Sept. through June. Laguna Surf Resort has 18 ocean-view units and seven village-view units. Condominiums are located near many shops, restaurants and art galleries with a large parking garage for guests of the resort.
