Roman Cucina is located on Cabot Road between La Paz Road and Paseo de Valencia. This local Italian restaurant has four Orange County locations: Laguna Hills, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Sunset Beach.

The restaurant is best known for its fresh-made pasta dishes. The pasta menu selections range from Alla Checa: Roma tomatoes and basil sautéed in olive oil and garlic, to Bolognese: ground spicy Italian sausage with Roman Cucina's authentic tomato-based red sauce.  

The restaurant is decorated with old-world charm, including used-brick walls, dark wood tables, wood-iron chandeliers and the flicker of candlelight throughout the dining room. The restaurant also has a full bar and hosts Martini Monday and Wine Wednesday events every week. The restaurant is located in the La Paz Shopping Center, just off the I-5 Freeway exit on La Paz Road.
