Flame Broiler serves fresh and healthy meals in combination plates or bowls with a variety of flavors. The menu items are simple and ingredients are few, which allows room for quality. All items are served over steamed rice like the rib plate: two beef short ribs, cooked in a signature flame broiler marinade, over steamed rice. There are mini bowls for smaller appetites and sides including garden salad and veggies. The menu promises no MSG, no trans fat, no frying and no skin. Flame Broiler is located in the Laguna Niguel Marketplace and has indoor and outdoor seating.
