This location of the California-based smoothie chain occupies a storefront space at the far right end of a shopping plaza at the corner of El Toro and Trabuco Roads. There's a bright, fresh feel inside, with light woods and nice lighting (including the green neon in the windows). Fresh fruit juices and to-order smoothies are the mainstays of the menu. There are even wheatgrass shots available, for those so inclined to the unique beverage. For those feeling not just thirsty but also a bit hungry, Juice It Up! offers hot pretzels and bagged chips.
