Los Caporales Taqueria is a small  Mexican eatery on First Street in the downtown area. The menu of high-quality, traditional Mexican food includes well-seasoned meats in items like tacos, burritos, nachos and more. The Cerviche Tostada is an tasty dish for only $2.95, and the Carne Asada is very good here. 

You get chips and salsa free with every meal. This isn't a fancy joint, but it's certainly a tasty one. It has outdoor seating as well, which is really nice on a sunny day when downtown is bustling. The great service and warm staff make this taqueria well worth a visit.
