Pleasanton restauranteur, James Wang, sticks with a simple formula for his busy, Asian restaurant: He offers six meats (plus a vegan option) topped with one of three sauces (ginger, beef or peppercorn), two salads (chicken or seafood) and two rolls (salmon or California). And it works! All plates are $6.45, and can be eaten in or taken out. Teriyaki to Go is in one of the stand-alone buildings in the middle of the Target Center.
