Ashley's Bar and Grill is one of the area's oldest bar and grills; it lays claim to introducing mainstream American restaurants to the hard-shell taco. It offers 38 different types of beers, an extensive number of liquors and cocktails. Its all-day menu ranges from breakfast to dinner, and includes "the city's best pastrami sandwich," omelettes and signature plates. Ashley's Bar and Grill plays host to a number of jazz and blues musicians, as well as scheduled art shows featuring local talents Barbara 'Babs" Kortaz, Shorty O'Neal, Paul Hogin and Opie Ortiz.
