Amalfi Restaurant is a hip, upscale restaurant and bar in the trendy commercial section of north La Brea avenue. The Amalfi was founded by M.D. Sweeney and partner Adam Corolla. This dinner-only eatery has all of the amenities you would expect including valet parking, a full bar and a fireplace. Inside the Amalfi looks like a 1950's jazz club with stained wooden high chairs and circular cocktail tables. The walls are decorated in earth tones with live trees in large urns. Check out Room 5, the upstairs lounge, for drinks, live music and private parties. The Amalfi Restaurant has been featured on the Food Network and on the Rachel Ray show. Reservations are suggested.
