Chao Krung was the second Thai restaurant in Los Angeles. The restaurant became an instant hit with lines of customers often waiting patiently outside to sample the "Exotic" taste of Thailand. As one of Los Angeles oldest Thai restaurant. Chao Krung has become well known in the community and it has been featured in the Los Angeles Times restaurant review several times. Chao Krung Restaurant had been featured in the HBO movie called "The Late Shift". From that day celebrity such as, Katy Bates, Holly Hunter, and John Malkovich to name a few, all have enjoyed the wonderful taste of Thai Cuisine at Chao Krung Restaurant.
