Downstairs Deli is just below the lobby at the Topa Gateway East Building in Century City. The simple eatery is convenient for visitors and tenant's employees of the building. A selection of breakfast items include bagels, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and breakfast quesadillas. For lunch, customers can order sandwiches made with turkey, chicken, tuna, egg salad, pastrami, ham and cheese. The menu includes a section of "Healthy Choices," which includes teriyaki chicken or beef with rice and vegetables, seaweed salad, edamame and garden burger. Downstairs Deli also serves a selection of sushi rolls. Fresh brewed coffee is always available, with specialty espresso drinks made to order, or iced blended. Catering orders must be made 24 hours in advance, and a $5 minimum order is required for credit card payments.
