He attended Abruzzo’s Culinary Institute of Villa San Maria, which is known for producing some of the world’s finest chefs.He was part of the team at the venerable Cipriani in Venice and many other top establishments in Rome, such as the Grand Hotel, Relais Le Jardin and Magestic Hotel.Later, he left Italy to join Giorgio Pierangeli and his brother Mario Sabatini for their newest quest.
